MAAP Leaves its Mark on HOKA's Tecton X 2 Trail Running Shoe

In their debut project, MAAP leaves its mark on HOKA’s Tecton X 2 trail running shoe.

Operating at the intersection between cycling and trail running, MAAP and HOKA come together to express a mutual interest in performance-oriented design, using the Tecton X 2 as their chosen canvas. Arriving in the ‘Limeade’ colourway, the Tecton X 2 blurs the line between functionality and everyday wear, leveraging HOKA’s understanding of technical design and MAAP’s penchant for versatility. The shoe is built on HOKA’s acclaimed Tecton X 2 sole, with an integrated parallel carbon plate that delivers a propulsive ride across trails and tarmac. Hits of reflective detailing, inspired by MAAP’s technical cycling apparel, are prominent throughout for enhanced visibility on the saddle and around town. Overlays are bonded to the upper, and splattered paint details further enhance the design, paying homage to MAAP’s aesthetic. Lime-coloured laces feature MAAP branding.

Release Details:
When? The 11th of July, followed by a global release on the 15th of July.
