A Closer Look at nanamica's Synthetic Leather Short Jacket
A key component of nanamica’s Spring/Summer ‘26 collection, the Synthetic Leather Short Jacket is made with Ultrasuede®, marking the Japanese label’s move towards incorporating more conscientious materials.
The jacket is slightly cropped in the body, with a workwear-inspired fit, and features thoughtful details such as split yoke sleeves for ease of movement, a discrete internal zip pocket for valuables, a button-up placket, and a chest pocket. In line with nanamica’s function-first ethos, the Synthetic Short Jacket is crafted from Ultrasuede®, a premium faux suede that includes 30% plant-derived polyester. The material maintains the soft handfeel and look of suede without the environmental impact, while offering technical properties such as enhanced durability and breathability. The jacket arrives in two colours: Grey and Camel.
