Junichi Abe showcases his concept of “purposeful messiness” in a chaotic yet visually alluring lookbook for kolor's Spring/Summer 19 collection.

Junichi blends technical materials, refined tailoring, and mountaineering elements in his upcoming SS line-up. The designer successfully uses bold colors and even bolder silhouettes to create garments that are both sporty and smart. In the collection’s lookbook, Kolor’s unique styling is put on display against the urban landscape of Shibuya, Tokyo, which does well in highlighting the “purposeful messiness” the designer spoke of.
