YMC and Merrell 1TRL Return for a Second Collaboration on the Moab 2 Slide
Following their debut collaboration last year, YMC and Merrell 1TRL reunite on the iconic Moab 2 Slide.
Arriving in Dark Walnut and Black colourways, the project combines YMC’s understated, utility-led design language with Merrell 1TRL’s penchant for function-forward design. The slip-on features textured hairy suede uppers, protective rubber toe guards, and leather-lined footbeds. But the most discerning feature from inline variants is an underfoot Vibram Ecostep recycled outsole, improving the Moab 2 Slide’s traction across outdoor and city landscapes. The partnership comes to life through a campaign centred on kite flying, a pursuit with a rich history of experimentation that reflects the philosophy of YMC and Merrell 1TRL.
