nonnative and rig Collaborate on the BAHARINI Sandal for Summer

nonnative’s ongoing partnership with rig has become a permanent fixture in its seasonal campaigns, ensuring there is a footwear style prioritising recovery and comfort.

Now, the pair are collaborating on the BAHARINI sandal for Summer ‘26, a silhouette designed specifically for this collaboration, which will likely be brought into rig’s in-line offering going forward. The original design follows a traditional flip-flop structure, with the addition of a double-strap structure that provides a secure hold without compromising minimalism. Additionally, the straps are made from a soft rope material, reducing friction and rubbing against the foot during wear. The sole unit of the sandal is developed through rigorous testing, achieving a 40% reduction in weight compared to previous models whilst maintaining its shock-absorption capabilities. The BAHARINI arrives in two colourways: a light-toned navy that coordinates with nonnative’s Spring/Summer ‘26 collection and a versatile black.
