OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP Offers its Take on Timberland's Classic 6-Inch Boot
As OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP notes Goldwin and ROA as recent partners on apparel and footwear, it turns its attention to Timberland as its latest collaborator, putting a spin on the 6-Inch Boot.
The capsule reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship and archival exploration, core values both brands deeply value. OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP’s new interpretation of the 6-Inch Boot is based on the original silhouettes from the 1970s, crafted from premium Horween leather, with a grained pebble finish that develops a rich texture over time, achieving a unique vintage character. Contrasted with a reshaped toe box that subtly alters the profile, the boot features a rugged Vibram outsole and an anti-fatigue footbed. The tongue bears Our Legacy branding, while the hang tag is inscribed with the Swedish label’s Yin-Yang insignia.
Accompanying the boot is a uniform based on OUR LEGACY WORK SHOP’s design language, incorporating details from Timberland’s extensive archives, including an all-season coat made from Japanese deadstock 60/40 cotton-nylon; jeans crafted from Italian deadstock selvedge denim; a relaxed fit flannel shirt with a double front pocket design; a washed black heavyweight cotton t-shirt; and a classic weather cap crafted from Italian sheepskin nubuck.
