A.PRESSE Creates a Two-Piece Capsule for BIOTOP

A.PRESSE Creates a Two-Piece Capsule for BIOTOP

A.PRESSE has created two pieces exclusively for BIOTOP: the Black Chambray Detroit Jacket and Vintage Sweat Cardigan, two vintage-inspired silhouettes executed in an understated way.

Starting with the Black Chambray Detroit Jacket, modelled on Carhartt’s iconic Detroit Jacket, a workwear style born in the 1990s that transcended its original purpose. Doing away with some of its original features, the shoulder pleats are removed, and the body is unlined, with naturally draped shoulders. The jacket is made from a high-density chambray gabardine with an uneven texture that mimics stains and dirt from natural wear. Meanwhile, the Vintage Sweat Cardigan is inspired by 1930s silhouettes, with a shorter body and thicker sleeves. It comes in navy, a colourway unique to this special order. Elasticated cuffs, two drop pockets, and wooden buttons on the placket complete this style.
