During Paris Fashion Week, sacai previewed its Spring/Summer ‘26, continuing its exploration of hybridisation, structured forms, and elevated workwear clothing in collaboration with Carhartt WIP.

Throughout the collection, Abe’s label offered a characteristic ensemble of goods that toes the line between elegant and everyday wear. Alongside hybrid outerwear and traditional workwear styles, tailoring proves to be a focal point for Spring/Summer ‘26, with expected proportions and silhouettes exaggerated to the nth degree. Following this formula, trousers arrive in extra wide cuts, with added pleating if deemed necessary, accentuating proportions when juxtaposingly paired with cropped jackets and tops from the collection. Suit jackets feature padded shoulders or come without panelling on the back sleeves, exposing the arm, and feature cape-like backs.

Additionally, sacai lends its signature touch to several outerwear styles of splicing elements of different coats and jackets together, some of which are more subtle than others, such as trench coats with extra panels or a contrasting coloured belt. Although some go the extra mile with flight jackets and suit jackets fused together to create new forms. Rounding off the collection are several interpretations of workwear pieces, developed in partnership with Carhartt WIP, which sees sacai rework canvas work jackets, hooded jackets, carpenter trousers, and blazers through its unique lens.
