AURALEE Tackles New Balance's 475 Silhouette
As they reveal their latest canvas in the 475, AURALEE and New Balance have discovered a winning formula.
In signature form, the collaborative 475 arrives in two colourways, Vintage Grey and Vintage Yellow, reflecting AURALEE’s Spring/Summer ‘25 palette, a slew of faded pastel hues. With its roots in classic running shoes from the 1980s, the 475 expresses the colours of deadstock footwear that have naturally faded and tanned over time through exposure to the sun, basking in light as they are appreciated by collectors. The upper of the 475 is constructed using a blend of premium suede and mesh, with New Balance’s ‘N’ logo appearing on respective sidewalls and tongues, earmarked by collaborative branding on the insole. As a nod to their vintage nomenclature, the colour applies differently from panel to panel.
