Our Legacy Work Shop and Emporio Armani Reunite for a Second Collaboration
Since November 2023, Our Legacy Work Shop and Emporio Armani have reunited for a second capsule, continuing the joint exploration of archival elegance, simultaneously introducing womenswear for the first time.
This second-coming reconstructs garments from Emporio Armani’s archive from Our Legacy Work Shop’s perspective, with many of the pieces made from Armani fabrics and trims - materials that have stood the test of time and are now being re-imagined in a new context. As a result, we see a range of light outerwear, pleated bottoms, washed denim, tops, footwear, accessories and more, some intricately decorated and others featuring subtle hits of branding. As an homage to Emporio Armani, the campaign imagery was shot on Pantelleria, a remote volcanic island in the Mediterranean and a long-time personal retreat for Giorgio Armani.
