sacai Reconstructs Signature Levi's Silhouettes Channelling a Hybrid Approach to Design

Unveiled last Summer during its Spring/Summer ‘25 preview, sacai and Levi’s are finally launching their collaborative capsule.

Channelling the Japanese luxury label’s hybrid approach to design, often manifesting as garments spliced together and deconstructing archetypal silhouettes, the capsule consists of denim-heavy jackets, overalls, and bottoms. In line with sacai’s hybrid aesthetic, iconic trucker jackets are married with flight jackets, creating reversible blousons that can be worn as either, while jeans are entirely reconstructed to allow for a roomy, flaired fit, incorporating belted detailing. Additionally, the denim jacket undergoes a similar treatment with an indigo and stonewashed variant stitched together, almost carelessly, to create overlapping panels and an irregular fit in the back.
