côte&ciel Expands its Offering to Apparel with the Launch of 'UNIFORM'
Accompanying its in-line offering of bags and accessories, côte&ciel launches its debut apparel offering, innocuously titled ‘UNIFORM’.
For its latest study in contemporary design, côte&ciel steps beyond its familiar landscape of accessories into the realm of ready-to-wear. With UNIFORM, côte&ciel translates its architectural sensibilities and technical expertise into a new system of garments, focusing on movement and adaptability. This allows them to take on sculptural forms while static and encourage fluid movement when active, moving in tandem with the wearer’s body. In its current form, UNIFORM comprises five universal styles: the Vertex Poncho, Coordinate Pants, Arc Gilet, Radius T-Shirt, and Point Jacket. Useful features built with versatility in mind include spacious, easy to reach pockets, lightweight nylon fabrications, and body-mapped structures.
