mfpen Spring/Summer '23
mfpen has released its Spring/Summer ‘23 collection as we see the brand continue to recontextualise menswear.
As we have seen from mfpen’s previous output, the label plays with everyday silhouettes like shirting and suits but delivers them in an oversized, modern way, constructing them using deadstock luxury fabrics - the very same goes for its Spring/Summer ‘23 collection. An oversized single-breasted blazer, crafted using deadstock tropical wool, occupies the same space as the ‘Merch Tee’ which bears a graphic that references Slint, an 80s rock band. Balancing formal silhouettes with casual, everyday styles, mfpen ensures that its fabrics are sourced ethically and responsibly, incorporating recycled polyester for jackets, Tencel® and wool to name a handful.
