F/CE. x NANGA Autumn/Winter '20
F/CE.® and NANGA are constantly tweaking and refining select outerwear pieces to increase their warmth and technical performance. So, for Autumn/Winter ‘20, the case is no different as we see the pair deliver 7 styles - 3 mens and 4 women’s.
NANGA is one of Japan’s leading manufacturers of down feathers and their expertise in this field is unrivalled. As well as being strong and durable, the feathers in question are of the utmost quality and they are excellent at regulating the humidity and temperature of the wearers body. If you combine the aforementioned with F/CE.®s technical and meticulous approach to outerwear, the end result is second-to-none.
For the Autumn/Winter ‘20 season, they have produced a total of seven individual styles that dress men and women. We see the return of familiar silhouettes such as the FT Bomb Jacket and Long Down Coat, as well as an eagerly-anticipated long down coat for men and a hooded version for women. One jacket we’d like to highlight is the women’s Long Down Hoodie. It is made from recycled nylon and has a matte appearance and utilises down feathers sourced from Europe. The technical details include drawcord adjustability, removable hood and a side-slit which can be opened to increase ventilation and allow for layering. Also, it features a co-branded label. The exterior of the garments is made from an original high-spec fabric developed by F/CE.® called FLIGHT. It is a ripstop nylon fabric using Nylon 66 20D processed yarn and possesses the same technical characteristics found on high-end rainwear with high moisture permeability and water resistance. There are bountiful colourways available including coyote, army, charcoal and navy.
