uniform experiment, the SOPHNET. sister label co-created with Fragment Design’s Hiroshi Fujiwara , has revealed a rebellious, text-heavy collection for Spring/Summer 2019.
The collection features an even mix of urban-ready streetwear pieces alongside tailored jackets and button-up shirts. “uniform experiment” can be found painted on collared shirts, reversible MA-1 jackets, and cut-off shorts in a graffiti-like text that repeats across the entire body. In other variations, crewneck sweaters and long-sleeve tees have multiple embroidered logos while their signature color-chart graphic placed on hooded blousons gives the jackets a bright aura. They also introduce a new footwear silhouette, the Heel Stabilizer Sneaker, which is a calf-leather bulky runner done in collaboration with SUVSOLE.
