UNDERCOVER Women's Spring/Summer '19
Adding to an already busy year for UNDERCOVER, Jun Takahashi has presented the women’s collection for SS19 entitled “THE SEVENTH SENSE.”
Divided into seven different visions — each with its own ambiance — the esteemed label has crafted a set of looks that is eclectic in graphics and silhouette while staying true to Takahashi’s iconic design sense. With all-over prints and a bright tonality, Undercover borrows from multiple influences, with one universe specifically paying homage to the British photographer Mick Rock and the late David Bowie. Also expect a bit of the usual tongue-in-cheek in the collection’s anime-influenced graphics, which are paired with mesh outerwear, billowing cardigans, and their upcoming Nike collaboration.
