Step Inside Studio Nicholson's Newly Opened Kyoto Store
Following the opening of its Tokyo store, Studio Nicholson opens its newest store in central Kyoto, in the Tanoji area.
Studio Nicholson Kyoto occupies a renovated Kyomachiya townhouse that was previously used as a precious-metal workshop. Located in central Kyoto in the Tanoji area, the two-storey space spans 77 square metres and retains many of its original architectural features. Industrial and refined residential elements are subtly combined with traditional Kansai details, including a tsuboniwa - a compact inner garden - and Kyoto lanterns, creating a calm and contemplative environment. The store space is home to the entire Studio Nicholson product range across men’s and women's wear, as well as the brand’s footwear and accessories.
