DIGAWEL Offers a Final Look at its Spring/Summer '26 Collection Ahead of its Release

As DIGAWEL releases the last of its Autumn/Winter ‘25 stock, the final veil has been lifted on its Spring/Summer ‘26 collection, which is based on archetypal American style from an Italian perspective.

Instead of consistently honing in on one area for inspiration, DIGAWEL pivots each season. Spring/Summer ‘26 is no different, building it around American casual wear seen through Italian eyes. Instead of a radical shift, DIGAWEL aims to bring a subtle change to familiar silhouettes, from shirts to trousers, sweatshirts to jackets.

DIGAEL cites 1980s American vintage clothing that landed in Italy as a starting place for the collection. American collegiate or sportswear would arrive in Italy, and BD shirts or reverse-weave sweatshirts would receive over-the-top and unnecessary styling enhancements. An ordinary Oxford button-down shirt would be transformed into an outrageously casual shirt, far removed from its origins, making it feel new. This spirit is channelled throughout the collection but toned down slightly to suit the brand’s distinct aesthetic. Half-zip sweatshirts feature stripes on the sleeve and hem bands, open-collar shirts are decidedly boxy, basketball shorts sit below the knee, tailoring is adjusted to be casual for daily wear, and sweat pants are cut wider than usual.
