FreshService and blurhms Create a Two-Piece Capsule Collection

FreshService and blurhms have joined forces to issue a two-piece capsule, finding common ground in the Cardigan Jacket and Wide Easy Slacks.

Together, the duo focuses on elevated tailoring, with two minimal silhouettes opting for a new material, a wool gabardine, which is woven with the left twill and washed to achieve a softer texture and hand feel. Softening up the structure of traditional tailored clothing, the cut feathers of the front buttons and sleeves are eliminated, removing the rigidity and creating a greater sense of freedom for casual wear. This achieves a unique sense of balance. Both styles arrive in a Black Navy colour, created by interweaving black and navy yarns, achieving a deeper tone. The lookbook reflects the atmosphere of the product, based on the thoughts and behind-the-scenes stories of the two designers in the conversation between Blurhms designer Murakami and FreshService Director Takayuki Minami.
