18 East Channels Childhood Nostalgia in its Outdoor Capsule for Summer '25

18 East Channels Childhood Nostalgia in its Outdoor Capsule for Summer '25

18 East has released an outdoor-centric capsule for Summer ‘25, titled ‘Take Me Home’, channelling fond memories from Antonio Ciongoli’s time at summer camps at the turn of the 21st century.

The result is a 28-piece capsule collection covering apparel and accessories, all delivered with a healthy dose of nostalgic outdoor charm. The pieces are inspired by Antonio’s, Creative Director of 18 East, 9 summers at Camp Billings, a 119-year-old sleep-away on Lake Fairlee in central Vermont, a home away from home. The assortment features nostalgic, handmade renditions of the colourful clothing that defined Antonio’s time at Camp Billings, featuring traditional outdoor silhouettes that have stood the test of time, from windbreakers and swim shorts to rugby tops and camp collar shirts. Hand-embroidery, block-printing, custom patches, and hand-woven fabrics define 18 East’s offering. Within the range, there are eight garments and accessories made in collaboration with the camp, including the Clocktower Sweatshirt and Water-Repellent Trunks. Coinciding with the collection's release, 18 East has prepared a physical zine featuring imagery from the campaign, memories, and detailed stories about pieces from the capsule.
