18 East Focuses on Natural Linen Textiles in Latest Capsule
For its latest capsule release, 18 East channels its passion for natural textiles, harnessing their unique texture, drape, and handfeel.
Including a mix of relaxed tailoring, workwear-inspired silhouettes, and warm weather staples, the capsule consists of six pieces constructed using linen and two cotton styles. Starting with the Brera Tailored Jacket, cut from piece-dyed linen twill, a summer-ready light outerwear layer with low gorged lapels, patch pockets, side vents, and a single button cuff. For shirting, 18 East has prepared the Hollow Half Zip Shirt, its take on the SF workwear classic, the Durette Shirt, a two-pocket workshirt with a hidden, interior chest pocket and the Agerola Lattice Stitch Shirt, an irregular patchwork S/S shirt using a lattice stitch method for maximum airflow. The capsule is rounded off by two legwear styles: the Kelly Single Pleat Trouser and the Shelter Short, one of 18 East’s longest running signature silhouettes, reimagined here using a linen fabric. Lastly, regarding the cotton styles, there is a vintage-inspired pocket tee and a ‘Peter’ polo.
