A.PRESSE Previews its Forthcoming Collection Drawing on Workwear and Military Influences

Ahead of its release in June, A.PRESSE is gently easing us into its next collection, drip-feeding us the lookbook imagery daily.

Headed up by the elusive Kazuma Shigematsu, A.PRESSE is as low-key as the designer presiding over it, allowing the clothing to speak for itself - visually and physically - without unnecessary interference from external forces. The label has no online store and its social media presence is sparse, only posting to share lookbook imagery or collaboration details, filtering out the noise.

Its latest output draws on military, workwear, and formal uniforms with an elegant and luxurious twist, reimagining clothing archetypes using the most premium materials, such as leather, wool, and cashmere, to elevate their aesthetic dialogue. Some of our favourites include the Vintage Silk Bomber Jacket, Wool Flannel Wide Trousers, Cashmere Polo Sweater, and the Silk Nep Type A-1 Jacket.
