nanamica and The North Face Purple Label Return for Exclusive Spring/Summer '22 Capsule
Collaborating with Eiichiro Homma’s nanamica label, The North Face Purple Label has released an exclusive capsule range that embodies characteristics of the former.
Bringing together cues from vintage outdoors wear, American Ivy and prep style, the capsule maintains the integrity of both labels as their design fields overlap ever so slightly with a careful and considered balance. The range consists of signature garments like the 65/35 Bayhead Cloth Lapel Jacket - a classic take on the Mountain Jacet - and Overalls. Other pieces include a striped short sleeve tee, short sleeve shirt, hooded sweatshirt, hat, trousers and luggage. In true nanamica style, the colour palette is refined and marine-inspired with ivory, navy and striped patterns cladding the upper of many pieces. Besides that, the odd The North Face logo can be found quietly enscripted on the pieces.
The collection will release exclusively from nanamica locations in Japan on Saturday, 19th of March, including nanamica MOUNTAIN, KOBE, FUKUOKA and their online store.
