mfpen x BLANKOF Develop a Limited Series of Bags for Autumn/Winter '22
For Autumn/Winter ‘22, mfpen has worked with the South Korean label, BLANKOF, across three bag silhouettes engineered towards easing our daily interactions with metropolitan environments.
The three bags in question include the Double Clasp Backpack, the Reporter Bag and the Walkman Bag which come in a range of sizes and are crafted using a water-repellent nylon called ROOTSCOPE® that has a unique paperlike touch and permanently crinkled exterior. Finishing touches include waterproof YKK zippers throughout, an interior beige lining and tonal black embroidery on the front depicting both collaborators, mfpen and BLANKOF. Each bag is a subtle display of everyday functionality.
They are due to release on Thursday, the 27th of October via mfpen’s online store and select retailers.
