Helinox x RAMIDUS Collaborate on a Series of Lightweight Furniture and Luggage
Widely known throughout the outdoor industry for their lightweight, functional and, sometimes, compactable furniture, Helinox is now working with luggage maker, RAMIDUS.
In the first collaborative endeavour between these two industry namesakes, they worked around the concept of providing ‘easy-to-use and thoughtful storage’ across a number of mainline Helinox styles. In particular, pockets came into frequent use, specifically a ‘Sasamachi’ pocket, which is not typically used on the products in question but heightens storage and convenience. Mesh materials have also been incorporated which offer high visibility. The pair has reworked four Helinox styles including the Swivel Chair, Mini Chair, Table and Cot with the aforementioned features, as well as two bespoke pieces of luggage by RAMIDUS, including a rucksack and tote bag made using polyester. Each bag is equipped with technical details aplenty like internal zipper pockets, adjustable straps and quick release opening.
The collection will launch from RAMIDUS Osaka and Tokyo locations, as well as their online store, on 6th of August.
